If you want your customers to be able to generate their own return labels without having to contact your customer service, you can do so with ShipHero.
You will configure ShipHero and then embed an iFrame on your site.
The customer doesn’t need an account to create the return, they use their order number and email address to generate it.
Set up your customer returns section at https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/settings/customer-returns
You will get a short snippet of HTML that is the iFrame which you will add anywhere on your site you’d like
You can customize what returns are eligible for return, minimum value of items needed for returns, and many other settings.
You can also customize the design
And you can choose certain items to be Final sale on the product page. Items that are Final Sale cannot be returned.
