Typically, you need to reship an order because you want to change the shipping method for that order, or when a carrier loses the package. Whatever the reason for needing to reship an order, we need to make sure that we're correctly reflecting any inventory changes. Reshipping an order is simple, let's go through the steps.
Using the web dashboard (https://app.shiphero.com), load the order details view.
- In the "Actions" panel, click the "Reship" button.
2. Check "Select" for the items you want to reship, if the items you want to reship haven't left your warehouse yet, select "Add To Inventory". Once you've selected your items, click "Reship".
3. The order will now be reprocessed. You can now regenerate your shipping label.
