Reporting an Error
- When a customer reports that they got the wrong item or the wrong quantity, navigate to the order page in the Shipments section hit Report
2. Select the item(s) wrong and add a note.
3. The note and error will be logged in the order.
View Packer Errors Report
- Go to https://app.shiphero.com/reports/packer-error to view all the logged errors.
- Optionally, filter by date period as well as the entire team or individual team members.
