Packer Errors

To report a packing error made on an order, follow these steps:

  1. On app.shiphero.com, navigate to Orders > Manage Orders.
  2. Search for the order number of the package.
  3. Click directly into the order to pull up the individual order page.
  4. Scroll down to the 'Shipment's section and click 'Report.'

A new window will pop up. Select the product you are reporting, add additional notes, and click 'Report.'

View Reported Errors

To view reported errors, navigate to Reports > Packer Errors.

All reports will be listed here. Use the date filter and 'Packer' filters to customize the report. Export the data to CSV or PDF.
