Does ShipHero Support EDI with UPS?
Yes, EDI is Supported.
When shipping international orders we at ShipHero have automatically enabled your account to send all custom documents via EDI as long as the country where the order is being shipped to accepts this type of custom form. If not the forms will be printed out with the shipping label. In that case, these forms should then be placed in a pouch on the master shipping box for that order.
When the label prints out there will be large letters stating “EDI” on the label. An example is shown below:
Once the shipment is processed you will be able to view the customs documents (if needed) under the manage orders tab.
In the section titled “Shipment Info”, all tracking and customs information will be listed there. The customs documents will be hyper links listed below the tracking number. An example is shown below:
