Why Can't I add a Product to a Purchase Order?

Common Causes

  1. If you're using search to add a product and the product does not show up in the search results, check the product has a Vendor assigned.
  2. If using the Auto Add, and the product does not get added, check the product has a reorder value greater than 0.

Adding a Vendor to a Product

  • Edit the product, review the vendors for the product and select the Vendor you want to add.

Creating a Vendor

  1. Using the top menu, click Inventory, then click Vendors
  2. Click Add A Vendor
